My version of  dr charles clark H. protein diet

1st and second week

( 4mins jogging  to 20 minutes) 
Doesn't have to be tall at ounce.

breakfast

maximum 3
1toast 
but if you want to lose weight faster cut the bread entirely.

Go cuon : (Rouleaux vietnamiens transparents)   
3big vietnamese rolls)

diner

as much as you want 
Roulé au saumon fumé  fromage creme ciboulette
salmon and cream cheese with chives roll go easy on the cream cheese
as much as you want 


The secret

Du vin rouge et blanc

1 toast le matin avec fromage et le lendemain des oeufs et vis et versa

third week and still going  total lost
you can see it

the problem is not so much starving its changing habbits that is difficult
especially in the morning but im getting there this morning 

I had 

coffee in the morning is not decaf sorry i just need a real coffee

             replica of what i had at the restaurant so fresh so tasty

In China 

on board I stick with the meat meat meat 
brought with me red pepper when I arrived at night

I went to eat some stuff on the street 
sesame bread and some great jianbing if you live in new york someone has a stand in one of those food market

or plain flour
black sesame seeds a lot
cumin seeds very little

1 egg
turn fish in egg batter than plunge it in panco mix & seeds
serve with home made salsa
tomatoes
oinions
cilantro
and 1 spoon of my secret ingredient
kum kee garlic and chili paste
hot tea
bon appetit



bon appetit finish up with a nice warm cup of water or any drinks you wish zero calories


I had the same for lunch iii so good 





desert a couple of ice cream spoons with mini cones

tonights dinner trout and artichokes salad


grill trout grill artichoke
dump loads of rill arlic
make a hoolandaise sauce and voila
have a glass of white one

Wednesday


breakfast bread and cheese coffee
lunch

salsa guacamole and 1 arancini medium size

truite sauce hollandaise maison avocat et artichaut grillés à l'ail petit verre de vin blanc 

grill the fish skin under make it crispy
after a while put a lid on top of it until you see its cook properly

hollandaise sauce
half cup of butter
2 eg yolk
lemon juice salt and pepper


oh melt butter in a bain marie
add yolk
add juice stir stir stir stir 

salt and pepper







very tasty the trout

keep the skin  on 


no desert  sunflower seeds for snack during the night
