10 choses à faire pour vous protéger du virus covid19

Je suis au Bresil maintenant et j' ai reçu un message vocal en espagnol que je vous transmet par écrit d'une amie d'une collègue du docteur Negrin. Après avoir effectué plusieurs autopsies les chinois comprennent maintenant le virus et connaissent les caracteristiques du Coviid19.

Obstruction respiratoire par du mucus épais qui se solidifie et bloque les voies respiratoires et les poumons.

Alors pour votre protection on vous demande de faire 10 choses importantes pour vous protéger.

1- Buvez des breuvages chauds.
De la soupe, du thé, du café et en plus au 20 minutes de l'eau chaude. 

2- Gargarisez-vous.
Rince bouche antiseptique ou eau chaude, vinaigre, citron, sel.

3- Le virus s'attache à vos cheveux, cils et sourcils et vos vêtements.
Si vous allez au marché:
Ne touchez pas aucune surface métallique.
Ne vous assoyez même pas.
Allez à l' épicerie et courrez vite vous cacher dans la maison.
Allez directement prendre votre douche.
Lavez votre linge.
Si vous n'avez pas les moyens de lavez votre linge mettez les dehors les rayons neutralisent les germes.

4-Nettoyez les surfaces métalliques.
Le virus reste sur les surfaces 9 jours prenez note et soyez vigilants.
Ne touchez à rien. 

5-Ne souriez pas, non, ne fumez pas.

6- Lavez-vous les mains.
Tous les 20 minutes avec du savon qui mousse pendant 20 secondes.

7-Augmenter votre niveau de zinc.
Mangez des fruits, des légumes.

8- Animaux ne transmettent pas le virus mais les enfants peuvent l'attrapper même les bébés.

9-Essayer de ne pas tomber malade car cela diminuerait votre système immunitaire et votre chance. Donc mangez.

10- Si vous avez un peu mal à la gorge, vite attaquez le!
Car il restera 3 à 4 jours dans votre gorge et descendra dans vos poumons et le pire scénario les organes s' enflammeront dans tout votre système.  Cytokine storm syndrôme.

It was a vocal message so I translated from Spanish and I am sharing it with you since I am stuck inside.

Chinese understand now the characteristics of the virus Covid19 thanks to autopsies.

It takes days to treat. So meanwhile you can protect yourself by doing these 10 things. 

1- Drink a lot of hot liquid coffee, tea, soup and also every 20 minutes drink warm water.

2 Gargarize with mouth wash, antiseptic or hot water, salt, vinegar, lemon juice.

3 The virus attaches itself to hair and clothes.
You must take a shower as soon as you come back from the grocery.
Avoid sitting on metal or touching handles, door handles.
If you can not wash clothes daily put it in the sun it neutralizes the germs.

4- Wash metallic surfaces very carefully.
The virus stays 9 days on surfaces.
Take note and be vigilant about touching handrails, door handles within your own house as well.

5-Don't smile no don't smoke.

6- Wash your hands every 
20 minutes for 20 seconds 
with foaming soap.

7- Eat fruits, vegetables.
It elevates your zinc level.

8- Animals do not spread viruses but kids can get it and babies too.

9-Try to avoid getting common flu as it weakens your system.

10- If you feel any sore throat coming on.
Attack it immediately!

The virus enters the system and remains 3 to 4 days in your throat before it enters the lungs.

Covid19 or just a cold

31 st of December 2019

Millions of people had traveled before
They had found this new virus.
Since it was during the Chinese holiday, millions of people had traveled before the doctor had declared it or was able to declare it as we all know about the situation in China is getting the right pieces of information.

And by the time the authorities had told anyone a lot of time and traveling had gone by.

But now I'm quite sick and wonder what I have therefore I am starting an update of these sickness symptoms.

My journal

31st December 2019

I was not very strong after passing more than 10 hours with 2 extremely sick flight attendants

  • Hard time breathing
  • no energy

The first night, I got back from Brasil.

  • I was suffocating 
  • (Luette) was so big it was touching my tongue
  • my throat is so dry
  • my eyes running for nothing like I'm crying
  • very thirsty


Wondering why?

I thought maybe it's my trip to Brazil in the countryside or stress from the holidays.

  • I am starting to have headaches it doesn't go away.
  • I'm suffering from migraines but this is weird.
  • I wake up with a headache.
  • I go to bed with a headache.

I pass a bottle of Advil
a bottle of Robuflex
because of my backache
nothing is helping

but no

I go to work come back

  • I stay home I'm not feeling good
  • I dont see anybody

On the 6th of January

I have a rendezvous check-up with the gynecologist that I have been waiting for for months so
I wont to cancel but I decided to go and worst come to worse I will go to the emergency to get a medical note from my doctor saying I'm not fit to work. I won't be able to do my flight to Japan So.

  • I decide to go to the hospital to ask for a medical paper.

After my doctor's visit, I decided to go to the emergency. So I tough maybe because I went to blow the snow outside in the cold with the snowblower I must have work out too much.

  • Pain in the back
  • very bizarre
  • short of breath

who knows?

This is unbearable.
  • I had a hard time breathing
  • I had no energy
Emergency room
The nurse
took my temperature
my pressure
my Oxygen level
and I returned to sit on a chair

Now, it's getting worst to the minute.
what the fuck
I'm glad I stayed here and decided to be check.

  • I can not move as soon as I move I have a hard time to breath. 
  • As soon as I move I'm in pain. 
  • It's getting to be like HINI but something is not quite the same the pain is lower not in the lungs not in the thorax. 
  • It's not in my throat
  • The pain is when I breathe. 
  • Each time I breathe it feels like a knife in the side of my chest as compare to HINI the knife feelling was in the throat. 

It's horrible.
Hours pass by.
I'm here all morning; waiting.
1 doctor for all of us at the emergency.
I finally made my way to walk all the wait to the snack bar.
I took a tiny egg sandwichs.
And got back and wait again.

In the afternoon

I went for a blood test:

back Xrays

but
  • I had a hard time getting to the Xray room. 
  • I felt I was walking on the moon.

I had to walk a long corridor.
I saw the 2 nurses waiting for me with their arms crossed waiting for me
they didn't even come to help me.

  • I was not able to breathe and move. 

They could have brought me a wheelchair.

  • It felt like I was in slow motion.
  • I really needed oxygen.

That day was really bad
They send me back home
I couldn't believe

On my way back home

  • I was not feeling good at all.
  • I was gasping for air
I stopped at the drug store.
I ask the pharmacist to renew my pump but he said the prescription had expired
really. While I waited I was getting worse by the minute.

  • It felt like a mini HINI

I couldn't wait to go back home and lay down
I took my physio appointment
and she told me I had to wait for 3 weeks. I took the medication.
  • in bed for 2 days 
  • sudden fever
  • muscle spasm

And after
total shut down the medication made their effects.
  • Total shut down. 
  • I slept I dont know how many days.
  • I was getting up going down to sleep on the couch too exhausted
  • go up the stairs and sleep some more. 

Impossible to work. I had to do a turn a trip to Toronto and back and then the next day to Japan.
I had to cancel, I was unable to go to work. I  took a leave of absence without pay. Afterward, my vacation started but it was out the question to do anything I was not able to recover. I called my family doctor to know if he had time to look at my XRays but he never called back. It s not worth going to see I'm he is so useless. Excuse me but I'm sick. Need help need to know.

What the fuck ?

Weeks go by and I'm still not good.
I wanted to call back the doctor at the emergency but what for
another useless diagnostic.


On the 22

Wednesday I finally have my appointment to see the physio.
3 week wait. He could help me recover. On the doctor's note, I finally notice the doctor wrote
muscular spasm and back twist. The physio helped me breathe. In fact, it's him who help me breathe or the medication that finally made their effect or both at the same time. He is an osteopath and did a maneuver that helps me deblock my lungs.


  • The pain started to go away slowly and slowly.

At first, I ask maybe it was my shoulder accident and I was tired all the time to not hurt it again and was using the other side of my back who knows maybe it was because I went to pass the snowblower and the cold was too intense or maybe I used my leg and my back instead of my shoulder while doing it. Whatever. Weeks go by, I was wondering what caused this to made me in so much pain. So I started to look for something up on the net and I ended up reading on this new virus coming from China apparently but right, it couldn't be it, I didn't go to Wuhan. They say it comes from there.

My sister and nephew this winter had a bad case of influenza as well so it can not be it but probably like them influenza and I'm a live compare to #Covid19 with this one, people are dying. But really will I ever get better.
  • My entire body was in pain.  
  • My breathing was awful. 
  • I was going up like I was climbing Mount Everest.
  • It was not going 100 percent good.
  • I really thought I was not going to make it. 
  • It felt like a mini HINI

I told myself you went thru this one, you should be able to manage this new thing you have. I wanted to spend my vacation with my dog and do some snowshoeing. Right.

I started to do some exercise breathing pilates exercise s to help me breathe better.

Horrible. I wanted to call the emergency doctor but why bother for a wrong diagnostic.


  • I decided to be smart and quarantine myself again. 

I was playing mystery words with my mom via skype. And when I started to feel better I would go to the grocery to walk. Metro, IGA, Wall-Mart. The little store here and there in the village. In the winter we walk inside. Especially around where I live, it's icy impossible to go even on the balcony.
So I finally had another appointment at the physio on the 30th of January.

We are the first of February


  • I started to feel better.


The next day, I decided I was going to work... I need to do 4 flights in my entire month. I lost a lot of money woa! I understand people who are in quarantine that long. I was lucky I had a lot of food from Holiday still in the fridge so I was fine for a while.

But who knows if it's not COVID-19?

Since the 2 flight attendants, I went to work with were really sick.

One of the flight attendants did all Chinese flights all thru her month of December and the other one arrived really sick and he brought his wife as well on our layover. He was doing geneva flights.
He should have not shown up at work like this.
But again sick passengers come on our planes as well. Its a vicious circle and our company forces us to come to work, we are punished, we need a medical note.

One time I had an ear infection and they didn't pay me my cycle when I booked off. I have 51 days off in my sick bank they had the dare to send me a letter via Purolator to ask for my medical note.
So it's hell when we book off, especially when you are sick. It's not to your advantage with the pressure, people..it's awful.


Today germs travel as fast as a plane.

THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE TRAVEL EVERY SECOND IN THE WORLD.
Bringing with them their germs so as to have a clean environment: it's rare.

Have you ever seen hand sanitizers at airports?
at the gate
before getting on the plane
in the washroom, before you eat your meal
no me either.

There you go. In winter you need to put yourself in quarantine. A lot more people get sick during winter and at season-changing its normal but still, you need to protect yourself. People go to the supermarket they meet the cashier she takes your money give it back to you and the way it rolls over and over again.

I'm not sure
there is no immunization vaccine

I am lucky I had this muscle pain whatever influenza flu
and I am getting better and I am far away from China for the moment.

and have zero energy

I will see how I am before my flight.

Well to tell you triage in the hospital are leaking of organizational skills
why go there and wait
when the nurse could right away take your blood test
ask for urine test
send you to x rays
so doctors are not waiting time
Same thing for  those who have a cold
they are supposed to put a mask on and stayed in a cubicle
but instead, they are running around coughing and all

16,000 this year only in America quite suspicious. It was probably the virus and if it was it was a soldier form an American base who transmitted...
Some Taiwanese research lab found out that the covid19 was different in Europe and the states than the one in China. We will never know. there were some articles on this subject.
