I went a week ago but did not do much that time. I just went to the market and slept the entire morning. I was exhausted. Ounce in a blue moon I listen to my body.
Need to sleep
sleep.
Busy Shanghai
Early in the morning still amazes me.
Perhaps the rigidity of the communism made those citizens able to live their life in a chaotic city.
Work for millions of people in Shanghai.
The governement give them a chance, who ever they are to try to run their business.
Their willingness to succeed is heroic.
Wish we had governement like this, well a part of it. Of course we all know the reality but a governement that let us do what ever we want and be able to try our own business without so much rules so much stupid demands. ...
Let me sell limonade on the side of the street no matter my age my sexe or my race but let me try it
(But I also know that Mikko at the under ground shop was urder the other day... they close his shop ...)
I m impress to see this work at such an early hour of the morning.
Everyone busy surviving in this grand megapole of Shanghai
Fast and slow
Rich and poor
Everyone has there own problem
Beside the children who seem to master the Chinese kingdom.
They watch them
they ran behind the children
they follow where ever they want to go
they stand by their children until they fall apart late at night
they the grand parents of course who else
their own parents dont even have a clue on how to raise a child
busy working or playing late at night in fancy clubs drinking cocktails
But here near the fabric market area life has a price to pay
In such a confine area so many individuals waking up next to one another
I work on the plane for 14 long hours and all I want is to get out
I need that space
Im suffocating
I need to breath away from everyone among the trees of my land I cheerest so much
I am gratefull every day to see green leafs instead of grey dirty ciment buildings
In a hot humid day we walk along the Shanghaian people on the street
waiting for breakfast, lining up to get some chicken, lining up again to get some baozi,
choosing an egg, an eel, a chicken finger... name it; they have it all but you have to wait
You have to choose your ingredients before its too late and there is nothing left to offer or is it busy because today they will have dim sum?
Who knows ? I wish I had someone to answer all my questions but the language barrier is definetely something Im working on.
but one should ask these questions for themselves; right.
A bit of privacy dont hurt but here your life is in the front line. In front of everyone.
Community knit like a maze.
Your clothes, your sink to wash yourself, your stove to cook food or your chair is there on the side walk, among all the others.
Im very fortunate to live where I live and again to see all this makes me very happy
I want to see the world
I want to know how everyone is doing?
Struggling life... we all have in a different kind but I must say here far away form Pudong life is rough.
Away from basic things
toilet, inside sink, inside electricity, inside kitchen...
You can look at the pictures I took with my cellphone but this time I was with a colleague of mine, so didnt want to stop very long to shoot and take pictures.
We walk and walk
and the weather was hot and humid early in the morning
I went to buy xia long bao dow and some mian tian noodles
this time we flew all over Russia almost to the norht pole unbelievable
- pudong luxury hotel where high tea and high heels are meeting with the rich and famous of all Shanghai
huge food market near the fabric market
woa its pack of people
they love those eels
unknown vegetable
they are so many
it looks like a lot of food but there is so many people to feed
my favorite vendor
wtfck
look at the size
he was so focus at his job
fresh fish jumping out of their crate
run run run my ittle dog
run run run
limited space
outside people with certain age make sure they stay in shape
what future lie for yo and me
sitting all day
outside school for this little one
maybe its better than those school where you are just a number among so many kids having lunch in silence...
hwo knows
but even at the shopping center kids are running around
xiaonanmen ditié
métro
how to figure it out
always ask someone around they will be extremely happy to help you out
I had a great time here
returning home happy to be
these people are made very strong to stay alive in such an environment
need so little wish for a little and life goes on
who knows the answer.
what will be her world in 20 years from now will there still be plastic in China or we will have succeeded to clean our planet
back to Pudong on the other side of the river where....
so pretty
but it all come from these people
eggs in boiling soya sauce black vinagar who knows
What I show you is only part of the real life
She was putting so much effort to prepare her food in the middle of the street in her home open to the world out there
So now I need to study for my recurrent exam. Every single year we have to go thru hard drills hard test 100% in order to stay a flight attendant...for the love to see the world and understand life.
